Gerard Dunne

Profile

Gerard Dunne is a marketing graduate and holds a master’s degree from University College Dublin and a PhD from University College Cork. Gerard is involved in teaching and curriculum development on a number of programmes across the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. He is the stream coordinator for the MSc Tourism Management programme and is actively involved in research in the school.

Prior to joining TU Dublin, Gerard worked for a number of years with Tourism Ireland in Japan. He has undertaken research projects for a number of Destination Marketing Organisations including Dublin Tourism and has contributed to marketing plans for various tourism businesses.
