Meet our lecturing staff

Luke is an Assistant Lecturer in International Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Tallaght Campus. He brings a wide range of industry experience, having worked in kitchens and the front of house of restaurants and hotels across Ireland, the UK, and New York City.

After several years in the culinary sector, Luke completed a Master’s in Digital Entrepreneurship at IADT, focusing on how hospitality businesses can stand out in a crowded online space. He later led the e-commerce strategy at Tifco Hotel Group, working across a portfolio of Irish hotels over a three-year period.

Luke is currently studying Creative Hospitality at NCAD, where he continues to explore how design, creativity, and culture shape the future of hospitality experiences.
