Qualifications: MSc Business Management, PhD (ongoing)

Lecturer with the School of People, Management and Organisations. Developing and delivering modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels on: Strategy and Business Models, Strategic Management, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Qualitative Research Methods, Critical Thinking for Professionals, Professional Development, Strategy in Digital Environments, and Organisational Behaviour for Managers.

My PhD research focuses on how managerial responses and decision making are formulated during uncertainty from an ethics perspective. It has been presented at the British Academy of Management, the Irish Academy of Management and the Academy of International Business.

I am part of the TU Dublin group responsible for Principles of Management Education (PRME), and external examiner to Atlantic Technological University (ATU)

My former career was in construction management, where I operated primarily as a project manager. As both an employer and employee I have been involved in numerous projects for many organisations including Cargill's, Granada Studios, Olympics 2012, and managed the redesign and fit-out of a marquee hotel.
