PANORAIMA - Responsible AI for all Professionals.

Published: Wed Jul 9 2025 - 14:48

Back in 2020 when we successfully proposed a Human Centred AI MAsters to the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) we knew that responsible, trustworthy, transparent and explainable AI was of critical importance for Europe. We need to use AI for good while respecting human rights. The good of people is our purpose in developing technology. People should not be 'the product' - as it too often the case where people's information is traded solely for profit.
The Human Centred AI graduates are now flowing from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II (UniNa) / University of Naples Federico II and from Technological University Dublin.

The research and SME partners for HCAIM; CeADAR Ireland, Nathean Analytics, ICAR-CNR, RealAI B.V., European Software Institute (ESI), Fiven were really a huge part of developing a Masters for the'last mile' bringing AI technology to organisations. Developing real world project and thesis ideas with real industry, research and academic quality has been achieved through committed collaboration.
Now we move onto the next stage - PANORAIMA - developing Masters and standalone education modules for graduates and for industry professionals from non-ICT specialist backgrounds. High quality professional AI education for all.
A really productive set of meetings hosted by Budapest University of Technology and Economics included really strong new partners from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, University of West Attica and Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Adding great new Research and SME partners QTICS GROUP, AENEAS - Ricerca&Selezione really bring value to this expanded, Europe wide consortium. Present we had experts from ICT, Law, Business, Philosophy, Media and Administration
