Congratulations to graduates of the School of Mathematical Sciences

Published: 27 Apr, 2022

TU Dublin held its spring graduation ceremonies on its Blanchardstown campus this April. In addition, celebration events were hosted for graduates in 2021 who did not get the opportunity for an in-person ceremony that year.

The School of Mathematical Sciences celebrated the achievements of its graduates during ceremonies to award new graduates their degrees on Monday 25 April and at a special event on Wednesday 27 April to honour graduates from 2021 who, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, had not been able to graduate in person.

The events were very happy occasions at which our graduates, together with friends, family and lecturers, had an opportunity to savour their success and to celebrate.  The graduation ceremonies marked the culmination of great dedication and hard work by our students (during what have been the most extraordinary times), who met all the challenges of learning and taking examinations online.  The strong bond that had formed between our graduates was evident and we were delighted to hear their recollections of learning and socialising whilst at TU Dublin and the appreciation of the support they received during their courses in the School of Mathematical Sciences.  We are immensely proud of our graduates, gratified to hear how much they enjoyed their time with us, and hope they will keep in contact in the future.

The event was also an opportunity to see the new academic robes for TU Dublin.

Congratulations to all our graduates, we wish you all the best in your future lives and careers!
