The School of Mathematics & Statistics has a long history of participation in government labour market activation initiatives (contributing for over 10 years) and is committed to providing up-skilling and re-skilling opportunities to address skills deficits in the workforce.

Springboard+ is part of the Irish Government’s Jobs Initiative and, through higher education, provides free and subsidised opportunities for individuals to return to employment, improve their professional skills and contribute to meeting the demand for current and future skill needs in the Irish economy.
