Outstanding Fees? Clear Your Balance to Avoid Delays to Your Exam Results

Published: Tuesday 2 June 2026 - 13:07

Students with outstanding tuition fee balances are encouraged to settle their accounts as soon as possible to avoid delays in receiving their semester exam results.

Consequences of Unpaid Fees

Students with unpaid fees will experience the following restrictions:

  • Exam results will be withheld
  • Progression to the next year of study may be delayed
  • Graduation awards will not be released
  • Access to Brightspace and other University services will be suspended

How to Pay Your Fees

Pay your fees online

Fees can be paid securely through the online fee payment portal available via your student account.

Sponsor payments (employer-funded students)

If your employer is paying your tuition fees, you may complete your registration without making a payment by selecting the “Sponsor” option during registration on the “Pay Fees" page. You will be asked to confirm your employer’s details.

After registration is complete, payment can be arranged by either:

  • Requesting an invoice using this form for your employer to pay via bank transfer, or
  • Your employer pays directly as an authorised user through Touchnet
