The University has set up a dedicated fees helpline at 01 220 6000, available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to provide support and assistance to students.

What should I do if I experience difficulties using TouchNet?

If you are unable to complete your payment through TouchNet, you can pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly to the University's bank account.

Important: Include your student number in the payment reference field to ensure your payment is correctly allocated to your account.
