Financial Support
The Student Assistance Fund (SAF) provides financial support to students who are experiencing short or long-term financial difficulties while attending higher education. Student Assistance Fund (SAF) is managed by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) on behalf of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (DFHERIS).

Applications will open on Monday, 14th October 2024.
A member of the team will be available at the Student Hubs on the following dates to answer queries prior to submitting your application.
Aungier St: Tuesday 8th October 2pm-4pm
Blanchardstown: Tuesday 8th October 9am-1pm
Grangegorman: Tuesday 8th October – 9am-1pm
Tallaght: Monday 7th October – 9am-1pm
