Managers play a critical role in the delivery of the university's strategic goals, policies and procedures and play an important role in how employees experience their work. Staff Development is committed to providing Leadership Development to support our Heads and Assistant Heads of School, Managers and Principal Investigators, to effectively lead their People, Schools, Departments and Projects.
Through the TU Dublin Leadership Development Programme and the Aurora Leadership Development Programme for Women, Staff Development is supporting the growth of leadership capability and good governance in our Univeristy.
