About the Survey

The Workplace Wellbeing Survey for 2025 launched in September and offered all staff an opportunity to:

Each year, TU Dublin invites staff to share their views through the Workplace Wellbeing Survey. This important feedback helps us understand your wellbeing needs, experiences, and priorities and shapes how we continue to build a Culture that Cares across our campuses.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the most recent survey. Your responses provide valuable insight into what’s working well and what could be improved.

The workplace wellbeing committee very much appreciate the employee feedback and recommendations provided within the Survey. This information will drive the agenda of the Workplace wellbeing committee and tailor our People Development training programme to better support your health and wellbeing needs going forward.

Your feedback is already helping to shape our wellbeing actions and priorities. Key developments include:

1. EAS Review:

An ongoing review of the EAS is currently underway to better understand any challenges for staff in accessing effective support when it’s needed. Further information on this review will be shared, when available.

2. Development of targeted initiatives

The Workplace Wellbeing Committee and People Development team will work together to ensure that the wellbeing offerings are in line with the needs and interests of staff, as identified in the survey.

3. Delivery Formats

The People Development team will further analyse the survey data and ensure that consideration is given to the preferred delivery formats as specified by staff in the survey.

4. Back to Work Supports

The HR team is reviewing the feedback received on “Back to Work” supports and resources. This will help identify ways to strengthen the supports available to staff returning to work, promoting a smoother and more supported transition

A full summary of survey findings will be shared shortly, along with updates on our progress.

The Workplace Wellbeing Survey is key to us understanding the needs of staff. We encourage you to take the time to participate each year to help us create a workplace where every member of our community feels seen, supported, and able to thrive.
