About the Survey 

Each year, TU Dublin invites staff to share their views through the Workplace Wellbeing Survey. The Workplace Wellbeing Survey for 2026 has just launched and we want to hear from you!

Your feedback informs our activity 

Feedback from the workplace wellbeing and Employee Engagement surveys, alongside our strategic priorities, forms the basis of our wellbeing goals. With a clear focus on strong internal communications, signposting key resources, and delivering initiatives tailored to staff needs, we are committed to turning your responses into meaningful action. 

By emphasising support for both individuals and managers, we continue to take a comprehensive approach to looking after you and developing a culture of care across our university. 

2025 Survey results 

👥 307 Staff Responded = 10% Response Rate 

57% Would like to attend wellbeing training but are unable due to time constraints 

🕒 49% Prefer 1-2 hour sessions to facilitate attendance 

🎯 Key Message Staff value wellbeing supports but need training that is accessible and manageable within busy workloads.

Return to work guidelines in development and a priority for WWC 26/27
