Registration and vacancy advertising on Careers Connect are free.

New to Careers Connect?

1. Go to www.tudublin.ie/careersconnect.
2. Select Register as an employer.
3. Complete your organisation's details.
4. Enter your full website address, including www.
5. Submit your registration for approval. Do not add opportunity details at this stage.
6. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming that you can sign in and begin posting opportunities.

Your password must contain at least eight letters or numbers, plus two of the following:

• A special character
• A number
• An uppercase letter

Already registered?

Go to Select www.tudublin.ie/careersconnect.. Select Organisation sign in and enter the username and password linked to your employer account.

Once signed in, you can add or edit vacancies and update your organisation's details.

Post an opportunity

1. Sign in to your employer account.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the vacancy details.
3. Select Add Opportunity when you have completed the form.

Opportunities are reviewed by our Employer Liaison team before they are published to students and graduates.

When submitting a vacancy, you can also choose to have it considered for free promotion on the GradIreland website.

Information for recruitment agencies

Recruitment agencies may have up to two advertisements live on Careers Connect at any one time.

You must provide the name of the recruiting employer to TU Dublin. This information will not be shown to students or graduates.
