A standard agenda item at each Safety Steering Group and University Safety Committee meeting is a review of accident/dangerous occurrence investigation and identification of measures that will enhance safety.

The lessons learned from investigations may be replicated in processes and controls throughout and Safety Bulletins may be released to target stakeholders to highlight the measures that can be implemented to enhance current systems.
