Our fitness classes and courses are available across Grangegorman, Blanchardstown, and Tallaght campuses making it easy for you to stay active wherever you are.

  • Spin – High-energy, low impact cycling sessions in our state-of-the-art studio equipped with world-class Keiser bikes for a smooth, powerful ride. Suitable and tailored for all Fitness levels
  • Pilates – Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility through guided, low-impact movements.
  • Bootcamps – Challenge yourself with full-body workouts that combine cardio, strength training, and endurance exercises.
  • Band Strength – Low-impact resistance training using bands to improve muscle tone, stability, and joint health: ideal for all levels, especially those recovering from injury or seeking sustainable strength.
  • Athletic Development – Focused sessions to improve agility, speed, power, and coordination, perfect for those looking for a challenge.

TU Dublin Sport offers sport sessions for schools, designed to engage students in a variety of physical activities that promote fitness, and fun. These sessions are led by experienced coaches and cover a range of sports, from traditional games like football, GAA and basketball to more specialised activities like tag rugby and fitness led sessions. Each session is structured to suit different age groups and skill levels, ensuring that all students can participate and benefit. The sessions not only help improve physical health but also foster social skills, confidence, and leadership qualities in a supportive environment.

TU Dublin Sport offers schools the opportunity to host their own School Sport Days and Sport Facility Hire at any of our campuses, either for one-off events or regular bookings. These services are designed to give schools access to state-of-the-art sports facilities, where students can enjoy a wide range of activities, from sports competitions and team-building exercises to fun fitness challenges. Whether you’re planning an annual sports day or looking to book a venue for ongoing physical education classes, we provide flexible options across our campuses. Our facilities include indoor and outdoor sports halls, pitches, and gyms, all supported by expert staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Small group sessions tailored to your fitness goals and needs!

A dedicated 5 week Pilates programme will improve your posture, strengthen your abdominal and back muscles, increase mobility and flexibility while improving coordination and balance.. You can expect an enjoyable full body challenge that will leave you feeling exhilarated.

Delivered as a 5-week course, with two 60mins session a week.

Spin fitness, or spinning, is an indoor cycling workout on stationary bikes, led by an instructor. It involves high-intensity cycling exercises with adjustable resistance, set to music. The class typically includes intervals of intense cycling and recovery periods, aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance. It’s a low-impact, full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels.
