BD Accuri C6 Flow Cytometer

Overview:

Flow cytometry is an analytical technique used to measure the physical and fluorescent properties of individual cells or particles as they pass through a laser beam. It enables the rapid analysis of cell populations based on parameters such as cell size, internal complexity, and fluorescence.

The BD Accuri C6 Flow Cytometer is a benchtop, two-laser, six detector system designed for multiparametric cell analysis. It supports applications such as cell viability assessment, immunophenotyping, cell cycle analysis, and the detection of fluorescently labelled cellular markers.

The instrument supports a range of research applications, including cell viability and cytotoxicity assays, immunophenotyping, cell cycle analysis, and the assessment of fluorescently labelled cellular markers. It can be used to investigate cellular responses to drug treatments and other experimental conditions.
