Senior Business Development Technologist

Róża brings a unique combination of commercial awareness, applied research expertise, and analytical science capability, with extensive experience supporting industry through collaborative R&D programmes within the Enterprise Ireland Technology Gateway network.

With a background in Analytical Chemistry and a B.Sc. (Hons) in DNA & Forensic Analysis, Róża has worked across a diverse range of sectors including food and beverages, biomaterials, chemicals, and advanced engineering materials. Her expertise spans chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy, thermal analysis, and advanced analytical techniques, helping companies solve technical challenges, optimise processes, and accelerate innovation.

Róża has significant experience working with SMEs, multinational organisations, and public sector bodies, supporting new product development, process improvement, analytical testing, and industry-focused research projects.
