From Heir to Founder 2.0: A Qualitative Investigation of Successor Legitimacy and Entrepreneurial Strategy in Family Firms

This project would investigate succession strategies for Family Firms. In particular the project would examine the transition from 1st to 2nd generation and how heirs are prepared. It would also examine strategies for examining the prevalence of the 'Fredo Effect' in family firm succession strategies with trust and mistrust between founders and heirs.

BSc in Strategic Management or Entrepreneurship.
