Leaders of technology and innovation functions require a unique combination of technical, leadership, and business abilities in order to effectively design, develop, manufacture and distribute products and processes.

This 2 year part-time MSc in Leadership, Innovation and Technology, delivered in collaboration with Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet, offers an integrated view of leadership, innovation and technology strategy and is grounded in the integration of personal, professional and organisational development.

This programme is intended for professionals working in technology roles or technology industries that are seeking to develop as technology and innovation leaders in their organisation. The candidates applying should be experienced and either in leadership roles or planning on moving into such positions.

Applicants must hold a Level 8 Honours degree in a cognate discipline with a minimum of a 2:2.

If English is not your first language you will need to provide evidence of your English language proficiency as detailed on our website.

This programme is delivered via a blended learning approach over two years. Lectures are a mixture of online classes and in-person classes, which take place at on our Aungier Street campus. In-person classes are not recorded or live streamed and must be attended for peer-to-peer learning. Classes are typically delivered on a Friday from 9am-5pm. A full breakdown of the lecture schedule will be provided following an application.

Applications for this course are made directly to Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet. Applications are now closed. 

The fees for this programme are part-funded by Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet. The full course fees are €5,000 per year while the Technology Ireland ICT Skillnet subsidised fees are €3,495 per year. Part-funded fees are only available to eligible applicants working in a private or commercial semi-state organisation registered in the Republic of Ireland. Public sector employees, non-profits, or charitable organisations that do not meet the funding criteria may apply and pay the full fees if places are available.
