At TU Dublin, the Enterprise Engagement Team is here to turn ambition into action. We support entrepreneurs at every stage, from idea to enterprise, through expert mentoring, dynamic start-up programmes, entrepreneurship training, and accelerator opportunities. Based across our four state-of-the-art business incubators, we provide the ideal environment to grow and scale innovative ventures. Whether you're a student entrepreneur, a university spin-out, or someone in the wider community with a business idea, we're here to help you take the next step.

The key activities are organised under three dedicated departments, being:

• Entrepreneurship, Programmes and Support Services: Provides tailored guidance, funding opportunities, and industry connections to support entrepreneurs at every stage, from idea development to scaling.
• Business Incubation: Offers workspace, mentorship, and resources for early-stage startups looking to grow within a structured, innovation-driven environment.
• TrailblazHER™: A dedicated program empowering women entrepreneurs through mentorship, networking, and business development.
