The Enterprise Academy is a multi-disciplinary business unit at TU Dublin taking an innovative approach to Collaborative Talent Development for workplace learners, and brokering enterprise connections to on-campus learners.
Our Senior Engagement Managers are a sector-facing team of academics and domain experts offering partnership resources to facilitate the co development of flexible, accredited talent development solutions.
We build and grow active partnerships through enterprise engagement to create value and impact for our learners, industry and our TU Dublin community.
We focus on accredited solutions working with faculty and organisations - of all sizes, across key sectors - intent on attracting, engaging and retaining the best and brightest of talent.

Programme Co-Design
Working with enterprise partners to understand their talent development needs and broker collaboration with TU Dublin's faculties and schools to co-create educational solutions.
Collaborative Provision
Jointly developing, validating, delivering and/or managing programmes with our enterprise partners that lead to TU Dublin awards in line with Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) requirements.
Enterprise Faculty
Our Enterprise Faculty offers an opportunity for businesses, organisations, and community groups to collaborate with learners, faculty, and academics across diverse disciplines and schools.
