The annual TU Dublin Student Wellbeing Week Events for the Grangegorman Campus will take place on Wednesday March 25.

Take a break from the buzz of student life and join our Mindfulness Mini Series. Each day, you’ll get a quick, 15 minute online video to help you reset, recharge, and breathe. Sign up, press play each day and be automatically entered into our Wellbeing Prize Draw at the end of the week.
