Submission Guidelines

 

Instructions for Authors

Papers must be written in English.

Authors are expected to submit only their own original work, considering that is currently not under review somewhere else. The conference will verify the originality of manuscripts by comparing them with other articles in worldwide databases.

• Abstracts and papers must be submitted logging in to the EasyChair Platform

• Only abstracts and papers following ICAT2027 conference templates will be accepted

Key Dates

• Call for Papers: Monday, 23rd February 2026

• Abstract Submission : Monday, April 2026 (Abstracts will be accepted throughout the month of April)

• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: Monday, 11th May 2026

• First Paper Submission Deadline: Monday, 15th June 2026

• Notification of Paper Acceptance: Monday, 31st August 2026

• Final Paper Submission Deadline: Monday, 12th October 2026

• Camera-Ready Paper Submission: Monday, 26th October 2026

• Congress Date: Friday, 15th January 2027
