UPDATE: On Wednesday 8th March 2023, the School of Business Technology, Retail, and Supply chain and TU Dublin Graduate Business School through their ConnectED Seminar Series, welcomed Ronan Murphy from VisionGreen Consultancy Ltd to deliver a captivating presentation on Decarbonising Logistics. Ronan's presentation was nothing short of eye-opening, as he shared valuable insights on how VisionGreen drives sustainable change by working with companies of all sizes enabling them to understand the impact their business has on the environment and then help them to develop strategies and solutions to reduce their environmental footprint. With numerous examples of successful collaborations, Ronan showcased how VisionGreen is leading the charge in introducing Biomethane-fueled HGVs in Ireland, promoting a circular economy concept for food deliveries. In his engaging presentation, Ronan also delved into the impact of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks for Climate Action and compared international best practices with local practices. His session culminated with an interactive Q&A session, where the audience had the opportunity to pick Ronan's brain on his experience and knowledge of the industry. Overall, Ronan's presentation left the audience feeling motivated and energized to take action towards sustainable change

The ConnectED Business Seminar Series on the 8th March 2023 in Room 5-050, 5th floor, at TU Dublin Aungier Street Campus, from 18:30 -19:30.

Ronan Murphy, co-founder of VisionGreen Consultancy Ltd will give an insightful presentation on their approach to Decarbonising the Logistics Sector and the enormous impact they have had to date. Even though the event is of particular relevance to Logistics and Supply Chain students through all education levels, I believe it would be of great interest to all students as Ronan will discuss how businesses can develop strategies and solutions to reduce their environmental impact and facilitate circular economy through their operations.
