HerPath: Women in STEM & Business Panel

To celebrate International Women’s Day the "HerPath: Women in STEM & Business Panel" event was held on Friday 8th March 4-6pm in East Quad and was hosted by Google Developer Student Clubs of TU Dublin and UCD. The event was designed to unite girls from all TU Dublin campuses in a journey from student to professional in the world’s leading companies and was coordinated by Stephanie Ogu who is a second year student in the School of Computer Science.
The event focused on these topics:
- Maximize your university experience by exploring academic modules, engaging in communities, and securing scholarships.
- Stand out as a student with tips on acing your final year project and succeeding in internships.
- Become the ideal intern from application strategies to excelling during your placement.
- Navigate your career path with insights on climbing the ladder at global giants like Google, switching careers, and navigating the professional world as a woman.
