Work Placement Poster Event

The annual poster session provides an excellent opportunity to showcase the Work Placement module within the TU821 and TU802 programmes. As part of their third-year studies, students undertake a six-month industry placement, gaining valuable practical experience and insight into the engineering profession while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

The event highlighted the breadth of projects, learning experiences and professional development achieved by students during their placements, while also providing an opportunity for students, staff and industry partners to engage and share knowledge.

The event was highly successful, drawing strong attendance from students as well as leading industry representatives. We would like to extend our gratitude to the professionals in attendance from Jones Engineering, ESB, H&MV Engineering, M&L Engineering, IN2 Engineering, Premium Power Ltd, ETHOS Engineering, J.V.
