A seasoned Portfolio, Programme and Project Manager with over twenty-five years’ experience managing critical programme and projects ranging in size and complexity, both of a technical and non –technical nature. Experience includes managing portfolio of large complex projects for corporate and international clients.

PMO Management experience including management of all Project Managers and escalation point for the I.T. Alliance Group portfolio of programmes and projects.

Application development management experience grounded in 15+ years programming and working in various other software development roles along with managing large business integration development programmes has been the hallmark of Dermot’s Programme and Project Management assignments. Recent experience has included Programme Management of large outsourcing and insourcing initiatives for Global clients and SAP implementations.

In addition to managing portfolio and programs Dermot has 15 years’ experience in designing and delivering training programmes for TU Dublin, University of Limerick, ESB, Microsoft, to mention a few.

Holder of a master’s in project management and a registered Project Management Professional (PMP ®) in good standing and a diploma in Business Analysis.
