TU704/3 & DT032/5 Poster Competition 2024

On Monday, March 4^th, we ran a very successful poster competition with our final year Civil Engineering Technology students who displayed their fantastic projects for industry judges to review. The judges were very impressed with the range of topics on show as well as our students’ knowledge, so very well done to all our students and supervisors!

Our prizewinners are:

• 1^st Civil: Natasha Crudden, Supervisor: David Thompson
• Runner-Up Civil: Kelly Okobi, Supervisor: Caitríona Quinn
• 1^st Structural: Luke Windsor, Supervisor: Stephen Harper
• Runner-Up Structural: Marius Timoce, Supervisor: Patrick Crean

Our prizewinners are pictured with judges Marie-Claire Daly (Punch Consulting Engineers), Tom Corcoran (Clonmel Enterprises Ltd), Damien Kennedy (Nicholas O’Dwyer Consultants), and Elaine Carroll (National Transport Authority). Well done and thanks to all, particularly our judges who gave up their afternoon to join us on Monday last.
