TU Dublin Student Wins National Cloud Computing Competition at Worldskills Ireland 2023
From the 20th to the 22nd of September, the National Cloud Computing Competition was held in the RDS as part of the WorldSkills Ireland 2023 event.
Students, mainly from Dublin and Cork, competed in the Cloud Computing Competition in the RDS to show their skills in the field during three very competitive days, where they solved real industry challenges by applying the best practices in Cloud Computing.
The winner of the WorldSkills Ireland 2023 - National Cloud Computing Competition is Fiachra Curran from the School of Enterprise Computing and Digital Transformation in TU Dublin. The competition was supported by AWS and TU Dublin.
