Preparing for your PDP Meeting
PDP meetings help all staff to become part of the achievement of the goals and objectives of the TU Dublin Strategic Plan and related strategies by the setting of team and individual targets and by reviewing those targets.
It is also an opportunity to identify training and development needs to improve staff performance and to enhance a staff member's career prospects.
Staff members are invited to fill out the PDP Self Assesment Form 2024 - PDF Versionor the PDP Self Assesment Form 2024 - Word Version. This form helps staff members to identify their strengths and achievements and reflect on future training needs.
