On successful completion of this course participants will understand:
- The role of PMDS in strategy implementation
- The TU Dublin PMDS process
- Your role in contributing to strategy implementation
- Your input into the team development plan
- How to use the PMDS form to prepare for your PDP meeting
- How to prepare for your PDP meeting and have performance related conversations with your line manager
- How to identify training needs to deliver the strategy and be effective in your role
