Beating Burnout

Burnout is an issue faced in the workplace that leaves us utterly exhausted, both physically and mentally, and it's a condition that can take a significant amount of time to recover from. Often people find they don’t have the energy to do the things they love anymore as they’re so fatigued from work, or that all their problems in life stem from work. In a world where work related stress is increasing, and connectivity to work can be constant, this seminar looks at what can be done for burnout, from recognising signs and symptoms, to tackling life's stressors, to new coping mechanisms.

Burnout is entirely preventable with the right structure in place, and this module aims to address those issues, by being able to identify burnout, prevent it, or recover from it.
