The overall aim of this training is to equip those who work with children with the skills and knowledge that are necessary to deal with child protection issues in line with the Children First Guidelines

After taking part in the training participants will:

- Understand the impact of child abuse
- Have practiced dealing with a disclosure
- Be aware of the need to record concerns accordingly
