High blood pressure is an extremely common in the Irish population and is a key risk factor for heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and dementia. Research indicates however, that high blood pressure is relatively easy to treat by making simple changes to our diet and lifestyle. As part of Workplace Wellbeing, Dr. Dan McCartney will be discussing how you can make dietary changes to manage your blood pressure and overall health with questions and discussion to follow afterwards.
