‘Imposter syndrome’ - that phenomenon that whispers in your ear “you don’t belong”, “you are a fraud” or that shouts “you are not good enough”. Imposter syndrome affects up to 80% of the population and possibly even more. It can cause ‘action paralysis’ in accomplishing your goals and fulfilling your fullest potential.

About Paul McManus, Workshop Facilitator: 

Paul is a father, friend, brother and son and embraces his vulnerability who at times cries at a love story but is also strong in the conviction of helping people live their fullest life. That is some of who Paul may be, and this is some of what he has done.

With a Professional Diploma in Life Coaching and Workplace Coaching, Paul has worked with business owners and students alike. He is an Accredited Practitioner Coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M). Coming from a managerial background Paul spent over 18 years working in the printing industry, 10 of which were as middle to upper management.

Paul returned to 3rd level education by way of the Access Foundation Program in 2011, after which he successfully completed his bachelor’s degree in Chinese and International Business. At present, he is at the latter stages of completing his PhD in the domain of knowledge sharing.
