Men's Mental Health


This training shines a light on various important aspects of the male 
experience, particularly from the point of view of mental health and 
emotional wellbeing. While the topic has been given more attention in 
recent years, there remains much to be understood about the nature of 
men's mental health.
The session explores key issues relating to men’s mental health, such as 
barriers and stigma around seeking help, and looks at ways to increase 
emotional awareness and management of challenging experiences. 
We focus on the challenges surrounding connection and key steps that can 
help to build and strengthen more authentic relationships, so men can build 
allyship with those around them.
Attendees will also explore evidenced-based ways to provide mental health 
support to other men.
