Payments to Hourly Paid Staff for undertaking Health & Safety Training
- Each hourly paid part-time staff member is required to undergo online Emergency Response training once every two years and receive the equivalent of one hour’s pay to do so. They are required to undergo online Manual Handling training once every three years and receive the equivalent of one hour’s pay to do so. Where through Risk Assessment it is determined that they must take a follow on practical half hour training session they will be paid the equivalent of a half hour’s pay.
- New hourly paid part-time staff are required to take online Induction training for half an hour and receive the equivalent of a half hour’s pay.
