Digital Skills Training & Development

Mission Statement

The purpose of the Digital Skills Training & Development service is to provide opportunities for all staff to build upon their current Digital and Technology skill levels to produce transformational educational opportunities. Skills gaps are identified through a number of processes including performance management and more specifically Digital Skills Competence Models. These gaps are then addressed by participation in live online, face-to-face and self-paced online training opportunities.

The service currently provides training on the following enterprise and desktop productivity applications:

• Financials – Unit4 ERP (formerly Agresso)
• Timetabling – Syllabus+
• Human Resources – Core HR
• Expenses – Core Expenses
• Web Content – Terminalfour
• Reporting – Argos
• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• MS 365 – MS Forms, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BU and other online MS Apps
• MS Teams Marks Recording –Faculty Grade Entry (FGE)
