Anima Ganguly first joined TU Dublin in 2007 and returned to the University in 2014 after a period working in further education and outreach. Her experience across Libraries, Research, Finance, and Human Resources has given her a broad understanding of the University community and its diverse needs. As Professional Training and Development Manager, Anima designs, coordinates, and delivers learning and development initiatives that enhance the employee experience. She is passionate about creating a culture that cares—one that attracts, inspires, and retains talented people. A accredited psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, she brings a people-centred approach to learning and development, with particular interests in wellbeing, coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
