Ciara joined Technological University Dublin in 2017 as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR support across both the University's Faculties and Professional, Management and Support Staff (PMSS) areas. In 2023, she was appointed Head of People Development and serves as a member of the Senior HR Management Team.
With over 25 years' experience in human resources, Ciara has worked across both the higher education and financial services sectors. Prior to joining TU Dublin, she spent 16 years in the financial services industry in a range of HR leadership roles, most recently as Senior HR Business Partner (Europe). Ciara holds a BA in Accounting and Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching.
