Gerolmina joined TU Dublin in 2007, holding a variety of roles that have enabled her to develop extensive experience and knowledge in researcher training, development, and support. Since joining the People Development team as Researcher Career Development Manager in 2023, she has been dedicated to helping researchers identify their career goals, navigate their professional pathways, and develop the skills needed to thrive both within and beyond academia.
