The 'Failure to Attend' procedure is effective from 1st October 2023
If a staff member is unable to attend training, they must give at least 2 working days notice to avoid the following charges to their local School/Department budget:

No Show Fee - place has been reserved for a staff member and they fail to attend |
€300 |
| 2. | Same Day Cancellation Fee – a staff member cancels their place with less than 24 hours notice | €200 |
| 3. | Late Cancellation Fee – a staff member cancels their place with less than 2 working days notice | €100 |
| 4. | Bespoke Training Cancellation or Insufficient Number Fee – if a manager has requested the scheduling of a dedicated course and there is an insufficient number of participants in attendance or the course has to be cancelled |
