Dyslexia Lived Experience Talk with Dr. Keith Murphy

We are delighted to host Dr. Keith Murphy, a researcher and lecturer, who shared his personal experience with dyslexia. Keith’s story is a remarkable journey in education from completing an ECDL course in 2008 to being awarded a PhD from Maynooth University in 2021. Dr. Keith Murphy is a lecturer in Applied Social Care in TU Dublin Tallaght. Keith completed his PhD in Anthropology in Maynooth University in 2021. His research explores students with dyslexia/neurodiversity and how they navigate third level education. He is a dyslexic thinker, friend and supporter of the Dyslexia Association of Ireland and European Dyslexia Ireland and advocates for students with neurodiverse differences.
