Objectives: To support staff to understand the PMDS process and to prepare for their Performance Development Plan Meeting

On successful completion of this course participants will understand:

• The role of PMDS in strategy implementation
• The TU Dublin PMDS process
• Your role in contributing to strategy implementation
• Your input into the team development plan
• How to use the PMDS form to prepare for your PDP meeting
• How to prepare for your PDP meeting and have performance related conversations with your line manager
• How to identify training needs to deliver the strategy and be effective in your role
