COURSE OVERVIEW

In a fast-moving and often complex work environment, the ability to solve problems and make effective decisions is critical. This course introduces participants to practical tools and structured approaches for identifying problems, analysing their root causes, generating creative solutions, and making decisions with confidence. 

It also examines the role of bias, risk, and group dynamics in the decision-making process. Whether working individually or as part of a team, participants will learn how to apply these skills to real-world challenges logically and effectively.
