Course Objectives:

To educate all staff in awareness of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and the protections and responsibilities they have under the Dignity & Respect at Work HRP003

Learning Outcomes:

On completion of the Programme you will:

  • Be aware of the TU Dublin Dignity & Respect at Work Policy and Procedures
  • Understand what is meant by bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.
  • Be aware of your responsibilities in relation to workplace behaviour and the need to promote and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Understand the procedures under this Policy
  • Be aware of the supports available to you including Dignity & Respect at Work Contact Colleagues  and the Employee Assistance Service
