Self-Defence at TU Dublin
TU Dublin Sport offers a range of self-defence workshops and courses designed to help students and staff build confidence, improve awareness and learn practical skills for real-life situations. All sessions are beginner-friendly, inclusive and focused on participation in a supportive environment.
City Centre Women’s Self-Defence Workshop
This one-off workshop is a great introduction to self-defence in a fun, supportive setting.
