Start a New Society

Due to our current staffing levels, we will be placing a temporary hold on accepting new society applications. This pause will allow us to ensure that existing societies receive the attention and support they deserve.

We anticipate revisiting this decision in January 2026, and will update the website as soon as we are able to resume accepting applications.

5 Steps to Set Up a Society when the application opens:

1.    Fill in the relevant Application Form.
2.    We aim to give you feedback within two weeks. Please follow up via email if this time has passed with no repsonse.
3.    Get 20 students to fill in the 'Support form' (which we will email to you)
4.    Once given provisional approval, decide on an email address that our team can set up for you and a logo and promotional material and platforms.
5.    Get planning your events/activities!
