TU Dublin's Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) facility is available to all staff and students. This service allows you to securely reset or unlock your TU Dublin account at any time, without needing to contact the Service Desk.
How to Register or Update Your Authentication Methods
To make use of the self-service facility, please ensure your security details are up to date:
- Visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
- Sign in with your TU Dublin email and password
- Add or update your mobile number, alternative email address, or Authenticator app
