Centre for AMR and One Health Research

The Centre for AMR and One-Health Research is a pan-University, cross-faculty grouping, with an interdisciplinary mindset and focus, which brings a huge range of experience and technical know-how to bear on addressing the AMR issue. It is led by Dr. Fintan Kelleher. The Centre includes PIs and researchers from Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Environmental Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, and the Data Analytics space. These will be key components of the new Centre’s research endeavours. By consolidating this wide range of expertise under one umbrella structure it will provide a critical mass of PIs and researchers which will be significantly greater than the sum of its parts, maximising the research outputs and impacts of AMR research in TU Dublin.
